Mexican Bun @ Roti boi - The making

Last weekend, ajak my mum buat mexican bun coz I saw the recipe in my mum mag. Majalah Rasa klu x silap. Mexican bun or famous known as roti boi (actually roti boi ni nama kedai dia..tp sbb mexican bun kt roti boi ni sedap..semua org pon panggil roti boi..roti boi. Tp sbnrnya mn2 pon ada mexican bun..sm gak rasa dia). Sedap2. Pastu timbul plak issue roti boi x halal, last time I bought the mexican bun from roti boi KLCC, the paper bag has halal chop on it. Wow!!!

Okla back to the mexican bun story. The recipe....nnt la letak kt my foodsie blog. Malas nk type. But here some pic of the making of the mexican bun. Even tho x lawa...tp sedap..yummmy!!! cm roti boi, but mexican bun ni sdp mkn pns2, klu x pns, x sedap dah. Tp still leh masukkn dlm microwave. hahaha. Its not that cute coz the topping terlalu cair. Mesti dia tipu bg resepi ni. Next time my mum suruh letak tepung jagung utk pekatkan topping kt ats bun ni. N some more I think I need to darken the topping kaler...letak lg byk coffee emulco.
